Building the infrastructure for communications professionals to thrive.

I'm a cultural strategist, critic, and the founder of PR Girl Manifesto, a global community for PR & communications professionals. I build the infrastructure this industry was missing, and I write and speak critically about the culture it operates within.

I believe the industry gets better when the people inside it are better supported, so I stopped waiting for someone else to build that and did it myself.

I'm a cultural strategist and critic who has spent the last decade interrogating how communications shapes , and is shaped by, culture. The gap I kept seeing wasn't just about resources. It was about who the industry was actually built for, and who it was leaving out. PR Girl Manifesto is my answer to that question: a global community of 97,000+ communicators who needed infrastructure that actually worked for them. My work as a strategist, speaker, and critic grows from that same root: the belief that how we build matters as much as what we build.

What I Do

  • Cultural Strategist & Critic

I analyze how culture shapes communications , and how communications shapes culture. I write and speak critically about media, PR, and representation, and help brands understand the cultural moment they're operating in before they try to speak to it.

  • Founder, PR Girl Manifesto

I built infrastructure the comms industry was missing. PRGM is a global community of 97,000+ communications professionals, built on the belief that community care is a measurable outcome, and that this industry gets better when the people inside it are better supported.

  • Speaker & Author

I bring a strategic and critical lens to every stage, from conferences and panels to university lectures and corporate convenings. I'm also writing The PR Girl Manifesto: New Rules of Success, the playbook the next generation of communications leaders actually needs.
